Ingredients
Firstly you can mix and match ingredients for egg fried rice. Because there is no set recipe but usually, a mix of vegetables and a meat of your choice is perfect. In fact, we often eat our’s vegetarian or add bacon or natto.

- Egg
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Spinach
- Garlic
- Soya Sauce

- Sesame Oil
Instructions:
- First wash, soak and cook your rice or use your leftover steamed rice
- Then chop all your vegetables
- After that, pre-cook your vegetables in light sesame oil and garlic then set aside
- Cook your scrambled eggs and put them to the side
- Pre-cook your streaky bacon and set aside
- Add rice to the wok and fry off in light sesame oil
- Add your soya sauce and mix well
- Put in all your vegetables and mix again
- Top your egg fried rice with rice spice and bacon

- Add kewpie mayo if it’s available
